Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from public transport. The front desk staff Chris and Jerome was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. Excellent value for money overall. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!" Just landed in Shanghai from Canada, and Holiday Inn InterContinental was absolutely amazing! The staff’s so warm and attentive—seriously, Front desk staff Jason and Richard are very help me ,they helped with my luggage, gave awesome local tips, and made me feel right at home the second I walked in. The room’s spacious, super clean, and the bed? Perfect after a long flight—slept like a log! And don’t even get me started on breakfast: fresh fruit, yummie pastries, and tons of filling stuff to fuel the day. Such a epic start to my trip—10/10 recommend!
