Das Hotel ist super! Wir waren den ganzen Tag in Trier unterwegs und haben angefragt, ob wir früher als angegeben bis 19:00 Uhr einchecken könnten. Dies war gar kein Problem, die Zeit wurde bis 21:30 Uhr verlängert.
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von einer sehr netten und gut gelaunten jungen Frau empfangen (um 21:15 Uhr)! Auf Anfrage durften wir sogar noch ins Restaurant ein Glas Wein trinken und sehr leckere Suppe essen. Sogar nachdem uns aufgefallen ist, dass wir die von der jungen Frau genannten Öffnungszeiten fürs Restaurant überzogen haben, wurden wir nicht aufgefordert zu gehen sondern wurden gefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit gemacht wurde und geschmeckt hat. Außergewöhnlich guter Service!!!
Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend und lecker.
Sehr aufmerksam und diskret wurde das Buffet aufgefüllt und an den Tischen gefragt, ob noch genug Kaffee da war oder sonst was gewünscht wird.
Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Location and the building.
Route to the parking. It is not clear on the maps. Maps takes you to the hotel but there's no entry from this side. You must enter from behind to access the hotel with your car.
Next, pillows and sheets can be upgraded. They're not very comfortable for me.

El personal súper amable lo llevan una parejita y se desviven por hacerte que estés bien
El colchón de la cama estaba fatal la habitación parecía haberse montado de restos de un mercadillo.
