for your room. to be cleaned you have to request and this information was not made clear at check in. There was a card in room with details of how to request for room cleaning with a QR code...all seem complicated for someone who is not techno survey. Please just make it simple

Was clean, the okay for a short stay. The staff were nice. Good showers.. at the end was worth the price. There’s bus stops really close.
The walls are thin, so when they talk in the hallway you can hear everything. There's no kettle to heat water. It’s far from the centre, but you have bus stops.

Location of the hotel is great.
My stay was marred by unexpected charges and poor value. Most concerningly, I was charged the city tax twice—once during booking and again at check-in. Furthermore, the on-site parking was more expensive than nearby alternatives, despite being mostly empty.
The room felt quite small for the price, and the breakfast was a letdown. It was a very basic offering, not justifying its high cost under the "continental" label. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price point.
