About this villa rental
Located in the countryside between Aix-en-Provence and the Luberon, this splendid architectural residence of more than 300 m2 expresses all the rigor of the modernist style on a magnificent landscaped park.
All the rooms of the villa are oriented towards the surrounding nature outdoors, with bay windows giving vast perspectives throughout the structure.
The large living space of over 150 m2 bathed in light offers a breathtaking view on the park.
In the pool area, you will be charmed by the 15m x 7m swimming pool (salt filter system), the huge terrace equipped with deck chairs and parasols, and comfortable garden furniture and bar.

- Petanque area (boules provided), ping-pong table, foosball table (baby-foot), badminton, various outdoor game and indoor board games.
The villa is fully air-conditionned and has received a 5-star classification as « furnished holiday accommodation » by the Gîtes de France de Bouches du Rhône.
Special cancellation policy due to the current Covid-19 pandemic : 100% refund in the event of cancellation due to the consequences of a quarantine and/or travel restriction measures decided by a competent authority, which could affect the Rentor and/or his travel companions before or during the rental.

The house is amazing, contemporary 1980's architecture. The interiors are unique and well appointed. The pool was beautiful, there are so many different spots to sit, chat, read, have coffee or a glass of wine. The exterior is like being in a park.The photos do not do the property justice.Our hosts were amazing, so responsive and had wonderful suggestions for activities and places to visit.We wished we could have stayed longer.

The property is exactly as advertised, very spacious even with 13 staying here (12 adults and 1 infant). The location is quiet and secluded, with shops restaurants fuel etc within 5-10 mins drive. The hosts were gracious hosts and very clear with their communication, despite our limited French. Thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking at staying in this region.

Wonderful, spacious villa with fabulous facilities, perfect for our family group of 13, ranging in ages from 3 to 78. The pool and the pool area were fantastic, with loads of space for everyone. The facilities in the house were great. We really appreciated having air conditioning in each of the bedrooms, as the weather was particularly hot during our stay. Plenty of seating and dining areas, really well equipped kitchen, with 2 dishwashers, 2 fridge/freezers, excellent coffee machine and loads of glassware, crockery and cutlery. Excellent weber BBQ. The hosts were really helpful and communication was great. We would love to return for another holiday.

Fabulous, spacious, comfortable house. The gardens and pool are lovely and the owners were communicative and helpful. Be aware you will need a car to get anywhere - though you will not want to leave!
