Emplacement, parking et immeuble sécurisé, calme, verdure, proximité du parc de la tête d'or, proximité des transports en commun, petit commerce ouvert 7j/7j.
Périt incident au niveau de la porte du balcon qui nous a obligé à utiliser, selon procédure fournie par SMS par le propriétaire, un tournevis pour actionner la poignée.

Wirklich schwierig war den Eingang zum Gebäude und dem Appartment zu finden. Leider war das obere Schloss defekt.

The location is very convenient because the building is in front of a tram stop.
Also the flat is spacious.
The windows are old and at night you can often hear loud noises from outside. Moreover, the neighborhood isn’t nice, it’s just well connected with the centre by the tram. Finally I didn't like that we were asked at checkout to remove the garbage bins from the apartment, I think it's the responsibility of the cleaning service which is also included in the payment of the apartment.
