The apartment is located in the charming old city centre within minutes walk of shops, cafe bars and restaurants.
It is easy access to transport links including Bolzano Bozen mainline station which is within walking distance . I understand that there is also parking close but at extra cost.
The apartment was compact clean & comfortable. The bed was comfy. I visited during the winter and found the apartment to be very warm and cozy.
The area is in a pedestrianised area of the old City, therefore shops and bars tend to get deliveries outside hours of business when the streets are empty. That meant there was noise in the street early in the morning.
I was also surprised that there was noise in the evening as some of the Cafe Bars & restaurants have outside tables. I visited in February and didn’t expect to hear noise from the street at night. This usually ended around midnight with a crescendo of loud voices as the businesses closed for the evening. At other times the street was very quiet
The apartment has no kitchen facilities for cooking, or preparing food only a Kettle for heating water and a small refrigerator. I had to go out to eat during my stay.
There are lots of stairs up to the apartment with no elevator (lift). It was difficult getting luggage to and from the apartment.
Despite these issues, I would stay here again but only for a short visit, less than a week’, as I found it to be generally comfortable and in a good location for exploring the City.

In the center of the city all nice places are few steps away, down stairs fruits shop all fresh fruits and vegetables are available, bakery… etc
