Cleanness, quietness.
It is very insecure not having lights in the village or around, I understand that it is not just a matter of the hotel but they should consider to act about it. Some guests of this hotel have to work night shifts in the synchrotron, what makes very unconfortable the walk.

le lieu dans le village de St Aubin à proximité du complexe universitaire en construction. La proximité des chevaux et de la forêt pour se vider la tête.
