Located just 49 km southeast of Liège, this four-sided villa sits peacefully on the edge of Robertville, only 50 m from the picturesque Lake Robertville. Surrounded by a spacious garden, the home offers direct access to scenic walking trails leading to the Warche Valley and the historic Reinhardstein Castle.
Ideal for nature lovers and winter sports enthusiasts, the area boasts excellent hiking and skiing opportunities. A ski lift and cross-country skiing facilities are located just 3 km away. During warmer months, explore lakeside paths or enjoy a barbecue in the outdoor area connected to the villa’s inviting bar and billiards space.
Indoors, the villa offers added luxury with a private cinema featuring an HDMI projector and Dolby surround sound. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the expansive 3500 m² garden split over two levels with a secure connecting staircase. This non-smoking home does not allow group rentals for young people, ensuring a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests.

Voor de 8e keer waren we met een groep van 11 volwassenen in dit prachtige huis. Het is alleen jammer dat hoewel het mogelijk is er nog steeds geen abonnement wordt genomen op Nederlandstalige TV zenders, terwijl er duidelijk veel Nederlandse gasten zijn.

Geweldig huis met fijne, ruime kamers. Vrijwel elke kamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer, wat ook prettig is. Wij hadden schitterend weer, maar ook als dat tegen zit is hier meer dan genoeg te doen. Wij gaan al zo'n vijfentwintig jaar op rij naar de Ardennen in het begin van september en dit huis staat in onze top drie. Een echte aanrader.
