Villa Nerea is a characteristic independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Nerea you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of Praiano. Villa Nerea is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a wide private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, a few steps from restaurants, a grocery store and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Villa Nerea from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 26 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Nerea. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
Villa Nerea is tended by a caretaker, who resides in a small apartment which is entered from the terrace. Terrace
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a tall retractable awning. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and an external shower. Here you will find also a washing machine located inside an arch-shaped niche at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The terrace, which is for your exclusive use, is crossed by the caretaker.

Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a small sofa, two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the large terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 - a pass-through room with en-suite bathroom
Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second bedroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first bedroom. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the second bedroom or from the terrace. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
