Location was great, lovely restaurants & supermarket just a short walk away. Apartment was comfortable & well equipped. Our host Nik was very welcoming, friendly & helpful, giving us tips on nice places to eat & things to do. He arranged taxi for our early flight home & was always contactable if we needed anything. Overall he did his utmost to ensure our stay in Bologna was memorable.

Gute Lage. Erdgeschoss. Authentisch eingerichtet. Alles da. Netter Host. Kühl, vor allem in heißen Monaten optimal.
Kein Vorteil, ohne Nachteil. Erdgeschoss, aber straßenseitig - daher gelegentlich laut.

Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer schoon. De slaapkamers waren ruim en de bedden lagen erg lekker. Een fijne douche en keuken. De locatie is prima. 10 minuutjes lopen naar Piazza Maggiore en heel veel restaurants en bars in de buurt. Maar het meest positieve was de gastheer, die het ons aan niets liet ontbreken. We kwamen pas erg laat in de avond aan door pech met onze vlucht. Maar hij wachtte ons op en nam de tijd om ons welkom te heten en tips te geven over de stad. Hij was altijd beschikbaar voor vragen en in te schakelen voor hulp. We voelden ons zeer welkom en thuis.

Location of the apartment is good, street not too loud, clean, enough space for 2 or 4 people.
It is not possible to get by car to the apartment, the suggested parking was 40 euro / night (maybe a tourist price late in the evening), so try to park outside at parking certosa or parcheggio riva reno (about 1 km away). The apartment was relatively dark, the kitchen and living needed always electric light. Maybe due to the absende from the owner, the communication with his father was a little bit difficult.
