The location was great, the staff was helpful. Even though my booking did not have breakfast included, the staff told us we can have breakfast for free which was even more unexpected and great. Definitely i would recommend.

Quiet and not far from the lake. Breakfast was excellent
Communication beforehand about check in wasn’t very clear - we had to check in at the resort rather than the hotel

The size and that it's close to Obertraun and the lake view is stunning. On first impression the apartment looks good... But then you notice the details
Cobwebs everywhere. Dining room chairs were falling apart. Shower drain blocked and flooded when showering. Shower head had only 1 powerful setting.
Very shabby. I wouldn't stay again
