The location was excellent with free parking and it was cleaner than we had expected after looking at the reviews.
Couldn't work the microwave or hob. Heating didn't work but radiators were provided. Needed hoovering under the beds and sofa. Also the light didn't work in my bathroom and it did smell musty and the main shower head didn't work.

The location was excellent. We enjoyed walking in the park and the access to the city centre was convenient. The property has good outdoor space and the off street parking is useful
The ventilation could be better as there was some mould in the bathrooms and on the bedroom blinds. It was difficult to get the microwave to work (error code kept appearing), the lamps in the downstairs bedroom didn’t work.

The accommodation was spacious and quite well appointed. the location was great with a park across the road and the town centre within walking distance.
The property was dusty in places, the TV screens and bathrooms.
There were cobwebs in many places, the shower heads in one of the ensuite shower rooms. The interior of the cabinet on the wall was dirty and in the other ensuite, the radiator was very rusty.
The balcony needed to be swept while the seat of the chairs were chipped and broken.
I reported all of these to the owner but he didnt respond.
