The Marsh Point I elevator is out of service until January 31, 2026. This is the only elevator serving Marsh Point I. Dates are subject to change.

The Unit
Discover these charming Two-Bedroom Villas designed for maximum relaxation and comfort. This is the ultimate Edisto Island getaway retreat offering a spacious private bedroom, oversized bathroom with soothing whirlpool tub and private balcony. Two-Bedroom Villas help you save a little extra by offering a fully equipped kitchen that lets you eat in instead of spending extra on dining out. The main bedroom will come with a king bed, the guest bedroom will come with a queen or two twin beds and there will be a queen sleeper sofa in the living room (Please note that depending on the unit you are assigned, the bedding may differ but the unit will be able to accommodate up to 6 people)

* Most units have a garden view.
*Check in after 4:00 PM | Check out by 10:00 AM
* Primary Guest must be at least 21 years old to check in
*This property requires a $250 refundable security deposit upon arrival. Credit card only.
*Only the person listed on the reservation will be allowed to check in.
*We are unable to change or add additional names.
*This is a non-smoking resort
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome.
All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort,
or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham locations.

The only problem was that I did not know which unit I rented until checkin. Pictures were from multiple listings. The property was beautiful in the end.
