Location is good; beach old town restaurants and markets are just a few minutes walk. Flat is well equipped and also has a private parking place which is 15 eur per day. Thanks to Mirko and elena who were very helpfull and could reach them anytime. If vizit Budva again, will stay at the same apartment. Thanks

Apartment is very closed to the beach. Equiped with everything what is needed. Even if it was with extra costs, parking was available with reservation.
Payment with card was not accepted even if "Visa" is mentioned on the site.

- quiet - comfortable - close to the beach - close to the stores and restaurants
- check in and check out went rough - room with “sea view” is actually has “construction view”, so don’t pay for that! - blunt knives - missing some of the kitchen appliances - smell of canalization in the bathroom
