The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable.
There was a great view over Cologne from the apartment.
It would have been nice to have more information about the checking in process in advance of our stay.
We had received no information until about 3 hours before our stay which created some anxiety and uncertainty.
We were not able to get cold water from the taps.

The instructions should be updated. First time you need someone to open the door that is locked so you can go 10th floor to access the key box with code.
Fans should be big size for use in summer.
Kitchen didn’t have right size of vessels for induction stove.
