The location was great and the flat was comfortable
We arrived on a Sunday, the shops we're closed, so we couldn't buy milk, shower gel etc

The location is central in Cluny and the apartment is clean.
The hosts are a little rude and not helpful.
The check in was a bit of a nightmare, you have to unlock the locker outside the main door with an app connected to your phone, which is not working very well. There is also a locker to enter the apartment.
