The location was very convenient, the bed was spacious and comfortable, and the place was clean throughout. These details made the stay pleasant overall.
My stay was generally fine, but a few issues made the experience less smooth than expected. There was quite a bit of confusion about parking and how to obtain the parking pass, and the information about the tourist tax wasn’t communicated clearly. Check-in was self-service with keys in a lockbox, which was convenient, but being asked to leave cash for the tax & pass after already paying through the booking app felt unusual and not entirely reassuring. Clearer instructions and more transparent communication would have made the stay much better. In addition, the shower sprayed water onto the floor and caused flooding, which was inconvenient. Clearer communication and attention to these details would improve the experience.

Struttura locata in posizione leggermente fuori dal centro storico. Stanza per niente insonorizzata, si sentivano le voci ed i rumori delle camere adiacenti in maniera molto accentuata. Vicini di casa del pian terreno veramente rumorosi e irrispettosi, urlando a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. Doccia sprovvista di vetro a chiusura, causando l’allagamento dell’intero bagno dopo aver fatto la doccia. Trovato molteplici capelli negli angoli della casa e nello specifico sotto il letto, segno di scarsissima pulizia.
