The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The apartment is in a fantastic location, and is well-equipped and well-heated.
The furnishings were a bit tired, and there are very few electric sockets (and those that there are, are generally fully packed with socket splitters and adapters). A small point is that arrival could have been a little smoother; we were left the keys, which we found without trouble, but then actually finding the apartment wasn't so straightforward - the only clue was that the keyring said "2nd floor", except the apartment actually transpired to be on the 4th floor (according to the numbering of the hotel with which it shares a building).

The apartment is very central in Sauze and easy to access (including a modern and spacious lift), plus has great views both over the town and mountains.
It is also warm, spacious and flexible (with a good quality sofa bed in the lounge/dining room).
The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine very useful to have (clothes dry overnight at this altitude).
There is good quality double glazing and easy ventilation.
The hosts are super helpful and communicative, as is their assistant Ignazia.
We felt very comfortable and safe throughout.
The shower functions well but is a little tired.
The WiFi is a bit erratic at times (though this may be a more general problem).

Our host was fantastic,in fact I had forgotten to make the necessary contact with her but she made contact with me on arrival & it was all so very smooth. We arrived to Sauze & were straight in to our apartment…I highly recommend this apartment & host.
