The water view, & watching the ducks, swans & seagulls which were ‘swanning’ around!
The stairs! Both my son and I have disabilities & the two flights of stairs up to the apartment were far too much for me as I have some rather challenging health issues, so I only left the property twice in the month we were there. Sadly I didn’t notice on the site that there was no lift! Also, the tumble dryer on the combo washer/dryer didn’t work, which was quite important to us.

The beds were very hard and could have been a bit more comfortable for your back while sleeping and I could not gain access to the recycling are to dispose of my rubbish when leaving the property so I had to leave the rubbish by some other bins but I did phone the landlord and inform him about this.

Location was ideal for our purpose of visiting family in the town.
Quite neighbourhood close to town facilities.
Very clean accommodation.
Only one parking space allocated to the flat. Second car parked on adjacent street.
