About this apartment rental
In Lenggries, a village in Brauneck in the Bavarian foothills of the Alps, the 45 m² apartment "Hochalm" was named after the nearby mountain pasture. The beautiful holiday flat with a rustic atmosphere is located on the 1st floor of a residential house and consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly apartment's amenities also include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The balcony invites you to start the day with a delicious breakfast and drink a cup of hot coffee in the fresh morning air. Let your gaze wander over the breathtaking mountain panorama or use the large communal garden to relax. A playground also provides the necessary entertainment for the younger guests of the house. A restaurant is located in the same house and a supermarket is 3 km or a 5-minute drive away. The Jaudenhang slope is directly in front of your front door and the Draxlhang slope (900 m or 10 minutes on foot) is, thanks to the wonderful location of the apartment, in the immediate vicinity. Other cable cars and ski slopes in the Langgries/Brauneck ski and hiking area are just 4 km or a 7-minute drive away.
Smoking is only permitted outside, in the garden or at the balcony.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Ski storage possible.

Pros: Die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers sowie eine unkomplizierte Übergabe der Wohnung .Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr schön. Man Kann dies nur weitergeben. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl.

Wir sind als 3 Erwachsene mit Hund angereist und hatten wunderbare 5 Nächte. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Nur ein Hinweis: In der Onlinebeschreibung fehlt eine Info, dass die beiden Einzelbetten kleiner und wirklich nur für Kinder geeignet sind, da hier nur dünne Matratzen vorhanden sind.
Für Erwachsene würden wir dickere Matratzen empfehlen.
Insgesamt absolute Empfehlung und 5 Sterne - Wir kommen wieder!
