About this house rental
The beautiful holiday home "Baltic Sea Pearl" is located in a quiet, maritime environment in Großenbrode only a few steps (about 200 meters) from the fine sandy beach. Feel cordially invited to spend relaxing days in our house. Notes on additional costs and fees: The prices are for 4 people. Electricity is charged according to consumption (0.29 € per kWh / prices without guarantee) and charged with the deposit. Water included. 150, - € rental deposit are to be paid in advance. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - Euro is due. Bed and bath linen can be ordered upon request. The spa tax you pay locally on arrival in our office. Our comfortable 3-bedroom holiday home has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob, living room with open dining area and terrace. The two bedrooms invite you to dream, a bathroom with shower completes the comfort. On the terrace you will find patio furniture and a mushroom for free use. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning. Similarly, the windows are blinded by shutters. The holiday home "Ostseeperle" offers small families the best opportunity to spend their holidays together. With a bike or on foot you can explore the nature and the area wonderful. The many activities in the area are always interesting for every holiday. The landscape diversity is unique. From meadows, beach to steep coast - everything is there and make the place a special starting point. Shops can be found on foot or by car in town. A water sports school with rental is also located in Großenbrode. The house has two levels. The terrace is great for relaxing and for relaxing hours in the evening. Großenbrode is located in the countryside Wagrien in beautiful Schleswig-Holstein right on the Bay of Lübeck. Discover the unique nature around the village on a bike ride and enjoy the far-reaching views or pause in a café by the sea. Bright, beautiful sandy beach and unspoiled coast, nature reserves and the unique cliff - who is looking for recreation, you will find here! On-site parking is available free of charge

Wohlfühlen pur - ein schönes Häuschen, freundlich eingerichtet, in wunderbar ruhiger Lage und Fußnähe zum Meer. Besonders schön ist die windgeschützte Terrasse, auf der sich auch bei kühleren Temperaturen ein Sonnenplätzchen findet. Wir hatten eher gemischtes Wetter, haben abwechselnd die vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten genutzt oder Tage am Strand verbracht und abends das gemütliche Wohnzimmer genutzt.
Toll ist, dass Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine zur Verfügung stehen. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden, auch Dinge wie Wäscheständer, Klammern, Fön und Bügeleisen. Einziges kleines Manko ist die etwas spartanische Ausstattung der Küche. Für Familien, die wie wir jeden Tag selbst kochen, könnte dies noch verbessert werden; wir hätten uns z.B. über Schneidebrettchen, kleine Schälchen für Müsli oder Nachtisch, eine Reibe und genügend Eierbecher gefreut. Hier war etwas Improvisationstalent gefragt.
Insgesamt jedoch eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ferienhaus hochwertig ausgestattet, tolle Lage, absolut ruhig.
Haus selbst durch Holzdecken zwar hellhörig, aber damit konnten wir gut leben.
Insgesamt sehr sauber, bis auf das Bad, das war offensichtlich vergessen worden zu putzen...
Staubsauger und Wischer waren da, für die Böden wäre ein
Besen noch praktisch gewesen.
In den Reiseunterlagen hatten wir keine Informationen gesehen, wo der Schlüssel abzuholen wäre, nur in einem Telefonat mit der Vermieterin gab es die Adresse. Vor Ort hatte man vergessen den Schlüssel wie versprochen in die Check in Box zu hängen. Der Mitarbeiter kam aber nochmal zurück und löste das Problem.
Zu der vorgesehen Abreiseuhrzeit 10 Uhr hatte sich die Mitarbeiterin in Büro eingeschlossen, den Schlüssel warfen wir in den vorgesehen Briefkasten ein. Kundenkontakt war offensichtlich nicht erwünscht.
