Clean rooms, facilities and bathroom. Accessible breakfast with plenty of options. Good for short stays as was my case, since I was in Stuttgart for a trade fair and not vacations. Soap and towels are provided, so you don't need to carry these in your briefcase. I highly recommend.
I wasn't able to find a map of the facilities that could help me know the extents of the building. The welcome briefing stated that a vending machine was available next to the elevator, but since I arrived very late at the hotel and left very early, I wasn't able to find it during my stay.

Location to trams was perfect. Location for German restaurants was poor.
Fourth floor door would not unlock with key from elevator corridor, had to enter on first floor and walk upstairs. Black mold around the bottom of my shower.
