Absolutely stunning lodge, loads of storage and space. Layout is great.
No blinds just main curtains so everyone can see in, no privacy. The oven and hot tub stopped working so we had to pay for a takeout which was frustrating as we like to cook our own. We called the number in the booklet and left a message but nobody ever got bs k to us. The following morning a man walking a dog told us to check the fuses which we did find eventually in the wardrobe behind our case and it had tripped. Quite annoyed at paying for a service which we could t use, couldn’t use hot tub sat night which was so upsetting as we went for my daughter’s birthday treat. Reception should respond ti messages.
Also the 2 single beds are proper toe bangers, the legs stick out but are hid by sheet and are metal, banged legs and feet loads.

Big size of the room
1. There was no free Wi-Fi.
2. I was not informed in advance that a £100 deposit was required at check-in.
3. I did not receive the room I selected on Booking.com because my booking showed as “no-show,” so a room was automatically allocated to me instead. The room I stayed in was quite old-fashioned.
4. There was no reception available after 5 pm for check-in.
5. I found human hair on the duvet, which was very unpleasant.
6. I tried to contact Hoseasons many times before our trip, but no one took responsibility for resolving the issues , they just kept passing me to third parties
Considering I paid £655 for three nights, I would give this stay 3 stars ⭐️.
