Sodu15 Apartments

The location is awesome. This apartment is close to the city center 5 min walk, and also restaurants, pub and bars. You can have breakfast right at the corner and next to the building to can find is a coffee shop and sushi. City market is close from the apartment worth it to have breakfast…. Apartment is close to the train station, 5 min walk, where you can leave your luggage.l as well.

The top floor right next to the bed was really dirty and the AC was very dirty as well. We had to clean it ourselves. There is an issue on the ventilation when someone cooked…. One night we arrived to the apartment and was a strong smell of fried fish. We were not sure if was from downstairs or our neighbors cooked in one of the apartments. We had to open our window and leave the door open for a while.

The apartments were so cute and very clean! We were very comfortable and absolutely loved the location. So close to the bus/train station, a quick and beautiful walk to old town, and right next door to delicious coffee! The heat pump is a perfect add- it made our stay so comfortable as we stayed right as the seasons were changing (cool nights but warm days) and being able to control our temperature was awesome!

We could clearly hear our neighbours chatting into the early morning hours, but it wasn’t loud enough to keep us awake, so it was fine! Just don’t expect full soundproofing!

Location

The location isn't bad—everything is nearby. We asked for two separate blankets for the large bed, but they only gave us one. The sofa bed was worn out where you sit, but at least the sheets were clean—thanks for that. There’s a construction site outside the window, but then at least wash the windows (more often)—the day curtain is covered in dust and gray with dirt; it’s scary to even touch it with your hand. The room is small and dusty too. I recommend not hanging toilet paper on the toilet brush :/ You know what people do with it and when—toilet paper needs its own place. And there’s some cute moss growing on the faucet :) For three people, you need three chairs; the child and his dad were eating, and I was standing with nowhere to sit.

It looked to me like it was a hostel; the staircase leading to the entrance was all broken. The price they’re charging for this hostel now is just ridiculous—I stayed there for one night at most and then got out of there (30–40 euros).
