This Unique home is located in the heart of Burbank. Close to WB, Disney Studios, Universal Studios and Burbank Airport. Lots of cool restaurants, coffees and bars within walking distance. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with fully functioning kitchen, including dishwasher, dining room, 2 queen size beds, a fold out sofa bed and in addition a love seat twin size bed .
Fire place, central A/C, walk in closet space, 2 full bathrooms, private patio. Washer and dryer are included as well.
We offer free secure parking space for 1 car garage

Stayed here with three kids to go to Universal Studios, beach etc. Good location near freeway (especially convenient if coming from Bay Area as is right on 5). Basic amenities for cooking, laundry etc.

We stayed in the 2 bed/2 bath house for our trip to Universal Studios.
Pros:
-Very convenient location with lots of shopping/restaurants close by.
-Off street parking for one vehicle.
-Private, fenced front yard with table/chairs which was nice to sit at to enjoy the nice Southern California evenings.
-Pull-out sofa bed in living room.
-The neighborhood looks busy with lots of cars parked on the street, but it was actually very quiet.
Cons:
-The house is small and old, but we basically just used the house for sleeping.
-The floors are very noisy/creaky which made it hard to walk around after putting the little ones to bed.
-The bed in the front room is pretty firm and could use a mattress topper.
Overall, the house was fine for what we needed. We did not cook at the house, but the kitchen seemed to have all the basics- plates, utensils, pots/pans. There is a full size washer and dryer, however we did not use them so I can’t comment on how well they work. I did have to contact the owner once to clarify which parking spot to use and she was very nice and helpful and responded to my text with a phone call within minutes!

No frills. Furniture was not comfortable. Plastic kitchen chairs. Very little silverware and plates etc. bathrooms were good. Since we mostly only slept there it was adequate. Of course we were there 21 days. This would be perfect for long weekend or maybe one week. Great parking and accessibility.
