The front desk staff member threw my food away when I went to the toilet and didn’t replace it or apologise she was quite rude actually

I wish the hostel provided slippers during autumn/winter season as some guests may forget to bring those.

The city center is relatively close to the hotel. A grocery shop is only a short distance away, as are eateries and takeout vendors. It's a comfortable room. The heater is mediocre. The loo is fine. has a bidet. Has a storage room if you have late flights / early check in.
There is no shampoo or shower gel in the toilet.Breakfast did not meet my expectations. Ham, salami, cheese, two kinds of bread and two kinds of fruits. Coffee, porridge, berries, yoghurt, boiled eggs and green veggies.Considering the rate, nothing noteworthy. Although I am aware that it is a hostel, it is not what I had anticipated from a Finnish hostel.
The receptionist also takes orders from the cafeteria and serves the order. I had to wait for the coffee to be made by the barista before i get entertained to check in However, they all grin and are quite friendly.
The sauna is only open during specific hours.1700–1800 for women and 1800–1900 for men are, in my opinion, quite short hours.
