Everything! So quaint, pretty and comfortable, high standards of maintenance and cleanliness, perfect little touches eg mince pies on arrival and a gorgeous Christmas tree that made it so welcoming. Perfect location for us, felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but not far at all from the places we wanted to go…Chester, Cheshire Oaks, Chester Zoo etc. in the real world we get very little relaxation time so it was the ideal space to relax and lounge as well as the best location for our planned trips.

Very comfortable. Exceptionally clean and very good quality appliances. Hosts gave excellent written information and were available to answer any queries.
Bath mat would be advisable. Chair and mirror in bedroom would be welcome.

The cottage is well located with easy access to Chester. The cottage was spotless and well equipped with everything you could need for a short stay. Rachel is a great host. On hand for advice if required, taking in our grocery which arrived early, advising on shopping and taxi bookings etc. It was my second stay and I would certainly book again without hesitation.
