De With Studio's

Nice, spacious and clean apartament. We were a family of four and we could sleep comfortably in. Check in and out is easy.

It is situated in a vibrant area with bars. As mentioned by the property itself it is loud outside till 4-5 am In the morning. Not sure it is suited for family with kids as not good food options in the area. It is not that cheap. For comparable prices there are hotels that offer breakfast in the price.

The location was at the same time excellent yet problematic for reasons that will be described below. Geographically the location is outstanding. The apartment is in a central location that is convenient and very easy to walk anywhere. There is easy access to major sights, public transport, bars, restaurants and shopping. Wonderful location during the day and early evening. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Access was very straight forward.

The only downside of the location is the nightlife -- which for many may be a major plus. It can get very noisy with revelers in the wee hours, particularly on the weekends. So, if street noise bothers you be a bit wary! The stairs were a bit of a challenge with a heavy bag and the seating arrangement in the apartment is limited. The staff were helpful and accommodating.
