We had a wonderful holiday staying with you. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. After many years, we finally saw a kitchen that was truly clean, with dishes checked and cleaned by the host, which is actually quite rare in accommodations. The beds were made very neatly, there weren’t even any fold marks 😀. The apartment was quite warm, but better warm than cold 🫣😀. The surrounding area offers many opportunities, with everything within walking distance. Prices in the shops are very reasonable. For us, it was very important that you are pet friendly. It’s immediately noticeable that the country invests in tourism through tax incentives. We will definitely come back!

We were 2 families that booked the two deluxe apartments. It has worked great as we could easily visit each other and spend time together in the evening but also have our privacy when we wanted. The apartments are very nice, modern but it rustic style that is cozy and fits so well in the mountains. Athos was super nice, easy to communicate with, easy check-in and check-out. Beds and bedding were quite comfy, the apartments were clean and functional. The house itself is in a quiet location a bit out of center but you can reach everything you need within minutes by car or even by walking (stores, restaurants, ski lifts). There is a ski room you can use and also a washer in the house. Great week of skiing in Livigno, would stay again. Grazie :)

Toaster would have been nice but it wasn't a big deal.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful family, nice location. We would highly recommend it. Great dog walk right in front of the door.
