Alle Mitarbeiter:innen und die Besitzerin waren sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer und das Bett waren sehr sauber und gemütlich und obwohl das Hotel direkt am Bahnhof ist, hört man die Züge oder die Strasse fast gar nicht. In der Küche gibt es gratis Kaffeepads und Tees und genügend Platz im Kühlschrank für eigene Lebensmittel.

Close to the centre. Large, spacious kitchen.
Drain in the shower was clogged so I ended up standing in a puddle of water by the end.

Excellent location close to station and excellent facilities. Large well organised and well equipped kitchen. Large clean bright bedrooms. Laundry room available. Replied quickly to our request about early check in.
We loved this hostel but there are some things that could be improved. Bathrooms not apparently checked or cleaned regularly - one of the ladies wash basins not draining, no soap in ladies bathroom. Staff not evident but there was a note apologising for staff sickness. We couldn’t figure out how to check in with code/ key instructions. In the end we just went upstairs and were lucky to find a member of staff on the desk.
