Location is perfect and the free snacks part was great
No refreshments in the room and not even a bottle of water ( water fountain shared is not a good option because of ecology reason does not make a lot of sense). A 4 stars hotel must have at least a small refrigerator in the room i believe

Door doesn’t have an internal metal latch, which as a solo female traveller is important for peace of mind
