The site is beautiful in a wooded area with lots of space and places to walk. The lodge itself was functional for our group of 10 and warm. 2 bathrooms and a lovely big table and lounge. Kitchen well equipped. The activities were brilliant, expertly led by the instructors who were knowledgeable and very friendly.
The beds were rather uncomfortable with rubber covers. Better/ more pillows needed. Some of the windows locks were not functional and need overhaling. Kitchen lacked some basics - eg washing up liquid and cleaning products.

The forest cabin was clean, warm and spacious. Well equipped kitchen, and fun bunks for the kids. Perfect for us x2 adults and x2 kids
The lounge area needs a lamp for the evening, as it was either main lights and full brightness or tv and lights off.
