We booked for a week so that we could explore the Cinque Terre. The apartment was only a few minutes from the train, and also handy for buses. A couple of supermarkets are also close by. The apartment isn't large but had everything we needed. Our host Lorena shared some great tips for places to visit outside the Cinque Terre, and we really enjoyed visiting them over the week.
It is right in the centre of things, so you will have a lot of street noise in holiday season. We were okay with this, others might not be

The apartment is perfect located in La Spezia, very close to the train station and restaurants. There is fully equipped kitched, clean big bedroom. The host Lorena is very kind, she recommend us wonderfull restaurants and place to sightseeing. I reccomend :)
Noise at night from the street, when more than one person takes a shower, there is cold water.

The location being central was too noisy . The price is too high with respect to what you get
