We had a friendly welcome. Thanks for letting us leave our cases when we arrived early after getting the sleeper train up. Comfortable room, close to town centre and short walk to harbour. We did Stonehaven parkrun, which was great.. Visited Dunnottar Castle for the first time in years. Much more touristy than we remembered, but great to walk there and then back through the woods.
My mobility isn't great, so very pleased that I had a room on the first floor - I would have struggled to get any higher, even though I understand the views were great!

Great location easy walk to pubs and restaurant. Personal check-in. On-site parking for motorbikes. Warm heating. Lovely hot traditional breakfast included. Shared bathroom on both floors

That they accommodated our bikes.
The room we had was spacious.
There was a good choice for breakfast.
In the room we had, the bed l slept in, the mattress was uncomfortable, a bit lumpy and soft. I think a new firmer mattress would be required.
