Great space - my friend and I had the week at the Cambridge flower school and this is only 6 minutes away
We had an issue with the boiler that was dealt with promptly
The kitchen isn’t very well equipped if you want to cook - no corkscrew!
The white horse on the green in Waterbeach has fabulous Nepalese 🇳🇵 food and a very warm welcome only 10 minute walk from the property and the chippy is 2 minutes the other way all in all a great stay and we would stay again

Spacious basic accommodation. Good bus link to Cambridge and train to Cambridge and Ely. Great take-ways and a small supermarket and pubs in the village. Off road car parking.
Could do with a chest-of-drawers in the bedroom and a dustpan and brush. Note. due it being an old cottage the stairs are a bit steep and the bathroom is downstairs.

The property is well located and good value for money. Communication with the property before the stay was good. Check in was very easy and there is parking available.
There was space for our travel crib, and a highchair was provided.
The property is sparsely furnished, with the minimum possible provisions. The lounge and kitchen are comfortable but basic. The stairs upstairs are steep. Once upstairs, the rooms have wardrobe space and several beds, however the beds were very uncomfortable. Each bed had a small duvet, smaller than the bed size. It seems a shame, as if the beds had been comfy I'm sure we would have felt much more positive about the overall stay.
