Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön. Die Wohnung Nr. 6 hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Ostsee, drei komfortable Schlafzimmer in ein großer Wohn/Essbereich.
Der Balkon, die Möbel und sowohl die Fensterscheiben, als auch die Scheiben der Balkonbrüstung waren schmutzig. Auch sind die Fußleisten in der Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Wände müssten teilweise neu gestrichen werden.

Aussicht ist besonders schön, Grundriss, sanitäre Anlagen, Betten bequem, helle und moderne Ausstattung, Strandspaziergänge von der Türe aus, ÖPNV-Anbindung in der Nähe.
2 Wochen ohne Wifi, Service der Hausverwaltung tlws. sehr unfreundlich, Lichtkonzept nicht ausreichend zum Lesen, defekte Leuchtmittel, Schmutzflecken an manchen Wänden, Silberfische in Besteckschublade, undichtes Kippfenster im Bad.
