Clean , great shower , safe in-door garage easy to park. The breakfast is very good with a reasonable selection of juices , fruits, scrambled eggs and beans breads and croissant. Very comfortable beds. Pleasant reception staff.
Elevator from garage does not bring you to the lobby and you still need to carry your suitcases out of the building for a few minutes.

Clean rooms spacious .Linen and pillows great.Breakfast included in price was very good just be prepared to get Ubers into Toulon as a bit to far to walk

Very accommodating and staff very helpful and kind held my bags next day while I had some errands to run. Very close to the train which can get you anywhere you need to go.. also go to the open air market by the port, great oranges. The breakfast at the Holiday Inn express is amazing, they accommodated every guest.
