We liked everything, but foremost the excellent welcome and attention by the hosts, superb. This time it was for one night only but we will return for sure!

The morning breakfasts, delivered to our terrace, were lovely.
Lovely room, great view, very private.

We knew when we booked that there were no cooking facilities in the room. However, getting dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays is an issue, with very few restaurants open in Gordes (in early October).

The grounds looked very pretty and we had a lovely breakfast in front of the room.
The bed was comfortable.
This was a small stuffy house called a suite. No A/C in the heat of a Provencal summer but a whole collection of fans everywhere. The living room did not have a window, so in order to have light, we had to open the door.
The decoration was haphazard, essentially a collection of old fairly ugly furniture. There was lavender everywhere (pots, soaps etc.), and I found it nauseating as I do not particularly like the smell.
