Location and easy access for my handicapped wife.
Neighbor’s sensor light kept coming on at night. No roladen or dark curtains.
WiFi not very strong.

Room was very small with just one small window that could be opened for fresh air. Other guests could be heard very well , even till after midnight.
We were out during the day till late in the evening and only used this room to sleep, it was fine for that.
