We were greeted with a very friendly welcome.
Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the area was quiet, so we had a good night's sleep. Having the kitchen was a bonus, it looked well equipped. We didn't cook there, but made our breakfast.
Although the shower room is very small, it was very clean. The shower was very warm too.
The location was so convenient for us. There are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We were able to walk to Rotterdam Centraal Station and into the city. Also our family live within walking distance too.
The shower room sink is very small and only has cold water.

I found the location very useful, a short walking distance from the event I was attending, a nearby supermarket, and the tram stop.
