All the facilities in the camp were excellent: stable Wi-Fi, clean bathroom and washroom. Staying in a train was also a unique and memorable experience.
I had expected to stay in a small caravan but realized that I had accidentally reserved a train instead (which was entirely my mistake :)).

The stay was an experience in itself such an interesting concept the staff was nice the place was clean and the price is amazing
The only thing i struggled with is the train tracks leading to the tram and city center sometimes u have to wait up to 20 minutes until the gates open for people to pass but that's not the hotel's fault it's just something to keep in mind if you choose to stay here

First of all, the overall 'camp' is amazing, with the main area full of the cutest campers to stay in! So much detail and they looked to be very comfortable. The shower rooms are very nice, and each shower separated and fully private. The shower and bathroom areas are kept very clean as well. We did not stay in one of the campers, and looking back I wish we would have booked one. This review is ONLY for the train cars we stayed in. We booked a basic room in one of the 'train cars.' Unfortunately, these train car rooms are not as comfortable and situated on outside walls of basecamp area. We were there in October and could feel the cold in the train car.
When we arrived, it was late. We were given direction to our train car and left to wander. We found our train car, and it was very small (normal train car size), but it had NO outlets to plug anything in. The car was VERY cold. There was a small space heater in the car but absolutely nowhere to plug it in for warmth. We searched and searched but found no outlets. Finally, we went back to check in area and asked about where to plug in heater, etc. The overnight attendant came to our room and could not find anything. She then called someone who told her to look way up on the ceiling area of the train car. There was one outlet ALL THE WAY up near the ceiling of train car. Needless to say, NOTHING could be plugged in that far up, not even the heater. The attendant said to just cover up to stay warm. As this was wholly unacceptable, we asked if we could be moved. She said she would need to call someone, then after that call she did move us to a different train car. This new train car was really only for solo traveler so two of us were quite crowded in. But we did have outlets to charge our phones at least. And since this train car was not situated the outside wall of the building it was a bit warmer. We were never offered any partial refund from going from 2 person booking to solo car and felt as if we were a burden in how we were treated. This was unfortunate as the place is so cute in the main area. My advice is to avoid booking anything in the train cars and try to book a camper in the main area.
