Amazing hosts Rosalia, Massimo and Alessa. Remote private estate feel. They have their own olive oil and wine. Great food and dining experience. The pool is heated with minerals which have spa like qualities for skin. But we didn’t get a chance to try hut it looked amazing. Rosalina the owner gave us the interesting history of the place with letters dating back to the Second World War. Massimo comes with a great hospitality experience having worked for Shangri La in China for 5 years plus. No detail was too small for him and we really felt like a VIP guests. Also offered great advice for the rest of our trip through Puglia. Amazing hosts, amazing resort! And yes you get to stay in a room with a Trulli house roof top .
