The property is clean and spacious. Located by to Altas it’s close to everything and in excellent location. We have cleaners and people cooking for us throughout our stay. We felt spoiled and pampered exactly what my family needed.

This is a very spacious villa located at Berawa Beach. The villa can easily house 14 people. Although it is aged, we still love the design of the villa with two island villa beside the main building. The infinity pool is very nice. The whole villa was very airy and windy which was a welcome change from the weather I'm used to. The location was fantastic, meat many cafes and restaurant. Access to Finns Recreation Club and the beach club was a plus point as well. The staff was fantastic and like what previous reviewers mentioned, Wayan was a really good chef.
Not much really. Of course one must have reasonable expectation when the villa is a few years old.

The space was amazing.
Price amazing.
Location amazing..
Bed sheets and plates clean.
Security very nice.
Driver given was the best..mr wayan.....made our trip amazing....
Cleanliness ....bad....everything was dirty...the floor...the lamps....the sofa....the tables.....all oily and dirty.
The caretaker kept taking a break.
Breakfast was boring as they make the same everyday.
Building needa renovations.....water kept going off
