La Terrazza è una struttura da due appartamenti, di cui una per 4 persone (Il Sole) e l'altra per 2 persone (Il Geco) . Situata in una posizione invidiabile,direttamente sul mare. Appartamenti accoglienti, completi di arredo e climatizzati. Le case sono dotate di bagno con doccia e bidet, cucina completa di pentolame, TV-sat , WiFi gratuito (50 Mbps), disponibile biancheria da letto e bagno. Nessun costo aggiuntivo sui servizi offerti. Veranda coperta per la vostra colazione con vista mare.

Dal terrazzo-solarium è possibile scendere direttamente sulla spiaggia con scalinata privata .Area dedicata per il barbecue .Tutti gli spazi esterni sono in comune con altri ospiti e i proprietari tranne la tettoia vicina al pozzo che è di uso esclusivo dei proprietari. Luogo ideale per famiglie e coppie che vogliono condividere con noi il piacere del sole e del mare. .A pochi metri dalla nostra location troverete un rinomato ristorante, un wine-bar ed il porticciolo dove potrete prenotare l’escursione in barca per la visita della meravigliosa costa garganica e delle grotte marine. Il centro abitato dista circa 1 Km.
La nostra proprietà è il punto di partenza ideale per avvincenti escursioni nel Parco Nazionale del Gargano. Vi attenderanno luoghi mistici come Monte Sant'Angelo e San Giovanni Rotondo e percorsi naturalistici nella Foresta Umbra fino a Vieste. Che dire: Noi ci siamo, se volete potete essere dei nostri!

wonderful place to relax. I regret that we spent only 1 week there. Very nice, helpful owners Antonia and Angelo. We rented 1 of the two available cottages. Both are located next to each other, a little further is the owners' house. A very comfortable large terrace with sun loungers is available for everyone. Private, closed exit to the beach. Also available for guests is a common area with a table, barbecue. There is also a table for playing table tennis, which we often used. The apartment is clean and comfortable, well-equipped. It is a great place located right next to the beach, where there are many bars and restaurants. Additionally, a great location for visiting the wonderful Gargano peninsula. Angela and Antonia - thank you for a wonderful week in your cottage. Best regards.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage richtig, aber richtig, genossen. Die Wohnung an sich ist klein, aber die Aussenräume sind abartig schön und großzügig. Der Grillplatz im Schatten mitten im Olivenhain, der überdachte Gemeinschaftsraum für das Frühstück und die unglaubliche Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum Steinstrand. Alles einfach schön.
Man sieht, dass hier viel Liebe steckt. Angelo und Antonia pflegen die Anlage bis ins Detail und man spürt es.
Die Wohnung/das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, ist sauber und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt hier auf jeden Fall!

Wir waren 9 Tage bei Antonia und Angelo zu Gast. Die beiden sind sehr liebenswürdige und zuvorkommende Menschen, mehrmals wurden wir mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten der regionalen Küche versorgt. Das Ferienhäuschen liegt traumhaft in einem Olivenhain direkt am Meer. Es ist sehr sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der absolute Hammer aber ist die Terrasse, die wir ganz für uns alleine hatten mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Durch eine kleine Tür erreicht man sofort den Strand mit glasklarem Wasser (dank der Kieselsteine, Badeschuhe nicht vergessen!). Restaurants sind fussläufig am Strand oder nach 5minütiger Autofahrt im Örtchen Mattinata zu erreichen. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen, wir werden definitiv wiederkommen! Vielen Dank an Antonia und Angelo!
