The beds were super comfy and clean. Rooms nicely decorated. Enough coat hangers for stay. Kitchen was clean and fully equipped. TVs in both rooms. Soft clean towels. Good modern electric heaters in bedrooms that kept us warm once heated up.
As I have a comparison from when we stayed a few years back, I was expecting to be blown away with with an immaculate apartment as i was before, with wonderful facilities that were spotlessly clean. It was clean, but there were spiders and cobwebs in the bathroom and cupboard upstairs. It was almost like it had been cleaned, but not recently. The milk in fridge was out of date. Not sure if complementary or left by previous guests?
The chairs in bedroom up stairs were stained and dusty. The TV in downstairs bedroom was small and couldn't be seen from my bed. It was above my head.

Close to facilities and parking although had to pay extra for the parking
Needs some tlc. Could do with decorating and replacing of some furniture (stained settee).
Needed a proper clean. It was dusty and there were quite a few cobwebs.
