The hotel location is great as right on the front of the promenade however we really thought that when we arrived we'd be getting a room with a sea view however,we were at the back looking out on to a yard which was quite noisy for a few hours that evening and the bed room window wouldn't shut so room was very cold .
The breakfast was ok but thought there's be lots more choices ..... Didn't like been at back of hotel as we'd booked a room with seaview as love coming to Morecambe....

Excellent breakfast with friendly staff. Hotel staff welcomed us as a last minute evening booking and ensured we had an evening meal even before we had completed the paperwork (as the restaurant’s last orders were being taken.)

Nice and bright hotel. Clean and tidy. Certainly not lacking tea and coffee in the room, as In-house cleaners/maids were so helpful.
Disturbed at 0500hrs of uninvited visitors to another room banging on our door.

It was clean and nice location
The car park is an additional £10 per night which isn’t mentioned when you book. You have to walk through the restaurant to get to car park which is odd.
