Location was fantastic, room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities required.
The check in was slightly confusing but not necessarily bad, this was also affected by our arrival time being fairly late. The check out was also a little confusing and again possibly just due to our leaving time coinciding with when one drop off location changed to another (10am). I have to say the staff member at the Don gregorio was excellent and let us drop there anyway.

It seems a safe building
Location. It was good but we were on a lower floor (as requested) but it was on a noisy main road. The shop below started opening at 06.00 am so when the shutters were open, the noise was horrendous!!!
The kitchen equipment is pretty much rubbish. Cork screw was broken and sellotaped together, really!!! We went to the office (which is a good way away on the seafront) to report it. He gave us another one.
The office is where you have to return the keys to as well. Very inconvenient as we had an early start!!! Key pick up and return process really not good!!!!
The settee (second bed in the living room) was uncomfortable. One of the slates was missing and dipped in the middle. I ended up sleeping on the floor with the settee cushion and the pull out mattresses (which was very thin)
No air conditioning, it’s only available between June - September. We went October and it was very hot!!!
NO TV & WIFI, only available, if you PAY EXTRA. you have to go to the office to organise, annoying.
All furniture, very dated as is the bathroom and kitchen.
