Me, my husband and 7 years old daughter stayed here for 5 nights as a family from 24 until 29th October. Although it was our first time at the hotel; was our maybe 10th time in Rhodes. We love the island and have been coming every year for few times. We usually stay at another hotel but this time we decided to try another one and preffered the Mitsis Petit Palais. And we never regretted. It was really perfect place to stay. We loved it. First of all, all the staff were very helpful and polite. From the cleaners to the restaurant staffs they were amazing. Whole hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was various and tasty. The room was large and comfortable. The location is good. We rented the car from the hotel at a good cost and service. We would suggest everyone to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is located in the Center of Rhodos city, few minutes walk from the beach.
Food at the hotel is great and staff is very nice friendly and willing to help.
Facilities are also fine, with kids poll and adult poll, it has also a small gym.

the staff were very friendly and the position of the hotel is good, near the beach and the town.
1. I wish I had known there was a huge building site right opposite. I went there to spend some tranquil time, hoping to be able to sit on the balcony however this was impossible because of the noise, the dust and of course it is an eyesore.
2. I didn't like the queues for breakfast and dinner. it should be better organised with guests being given staggered reservation times.
3.the curtains in my room didn't meet, needed ironing and let the light in.
