Only stayed one night to break up the drive to North Wales, but what an incredible experience. Only stayed one night to break up the drive to North Wales but what an incredible experience. Had a gourmet dinner and a comfortable night’s sleep. Then got to explore bookstores and a castle, in the morning before continuing our journey. Everyone we met was extremely friendly in this town.

Enjoyed the live music on Friday night as well as a lovely evening meal. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Perfect overnight for Hay on Wye.
