It's really next to a noisy road, one of the main roads crossing the city center. You can hear the car noise, light sleepers may have difficulties.

There were two staff members who were really helpful and friendly. The one didn't speak any English but still managed to be helpful and welcoming. The other staff member did speak English and he was really helpful in showing us where to go to get some good food and where to visit etc
The was one staff member who was completely rude and unfriendly, he made us and our fellow guests uncomfortable and not welcome. He was bitter and very impatient. You should think about not allowing him to deal with your guests.
